VISUAL ASPECT: Intense red and violet hues. Excellent clarity and brightness.
AROMA ASPECT: A nose of good intensity, which first expresses an interesting combination of red and
black fruits, with fresh notes of cherries, blackberries, figs and strawberries. Then, herbaceous, spicy
notes, flowers such as lavender, and subtle smoky notes appear, complementing a clear and frank
harmony.TASTE ASPECT: The entry is very friendly, pleasant and richly ripe. Already in the mid palate it shows
refreshing, juicy characteristics and good volume. The tannins are present and ripe, firm structure,
keeping its fresh profile and its tasty potential. The finish is elegant, leaving notes of red fruit jam,
dried tomatoes, herbs and fresh flowers. Balanced and noble, these are some of the sensations it leaves
on the palate.FOOD PAIRING: Mustard pork costelettes, roasted vegetables bathed in extra virgin olive oil,
fried meat empanadas, selection of cheeses and cold meats, chocolate mousse, etc.TEMPERATURE: According to its characteristics, it is recommended to carefully select its
